Responsibilities
Greenswell Growers is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our operations team. The Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our production lines. This involves managing seed sowing, waste removal equipment, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the Head House area. The ideal candidate will be able to balance multiple tasks including operations, troubleshooting, and cleaning, while adhering to strict safety and quality guidelines.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or agricultural environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
